CONSULTANTS/EXPERTS
RUCODEV maintains a dynamic register of consultants/experts who are contracted by communities/entities to establish business enterprises.

HOW TO ESTABLISH A RUCODEV COMMUNITY BUSINESS ENTERPRISE
(i) The community/entity completes an application form
(ii) If the application passes the viability test, a feasibility report will be produced for the project
(iii) If the feasibility report is favorable, a contract for the establishment of the business enterprise will be signed between the community/entity and the consultant(s) under the supervision of RUCODEV
(iv) The consultant prepares the business plan and executes the project under the supervision of RUCODEV
(v) RUCODEV provides an oversight function to the established business for some time to ensure sustainability
